About Us

Dama International was founded out of a deep commitment to addressing challenges in Ethiopia’s coffee industry. The founder, after years of experience in Germany and the U.S., returned to Ethiopia with a vision: to empower Ethiopian youth, particularly women, through coffee entrepreneurship.

Our key initiative, Coffee Society, connects Ethiopians with the global community through coffee, integrating elements of business, fashion, music, and culture. We also advocate for international recognition of Ethiopian coffee as the true origin of coffee, challenging the misleading term “Coffee Arabica” and promoting Coffee Ethiopia as the rightful name.
